Private Investment opportunities Now Open to NON-Accredited Investors
Until June 19th, 2015, you had to
be an Accredited Investor ((see (5) (6) and (A) in the SEC link) to participate in private offerings. The new, relaxed SEC rules that went into effect June 19th now allow Non-Accredited Investors to participate in private offerings up to a max of 10% of annual income or net worth.
